      @ericowensdc @tribelaw Technically, yes. But we’re talking about joke charges, where the battle is whether they get bail, since that’s the bulk of any time served.     @ericowensdc @tribelaw We saw worse charges levied against left-leaning protestors who declined to leave the gallery while wearing shirts and holding banners. On page 1, the DOJ nutbags talk about insurrection and sedition, and on page 2 they charge as if a few guys snuck in booze to the gallery.

      @ericowensdc @tribelaw I don’t think you can talk about “coup defendants facing criminal trial” and neglect the detail that the charges are all pleas to petty misdemeanors that make it crystal clear that a decision has been made not to hold these people accountable. A traitorous decision, I might add
