    @ezralevin In 2021, there is 0 chance of anything the President says moving anyone, with success coming from staying quiet. The FTPA is a progressive wishlist that’s going nowhere, even among key Dems. Schumer needs to pass a one-sentence bill that stops states overriding election results.

      @ezralevin I’d love to win fights about absentee ballots, water bottles, and gerrymandering. But none of those are an immediate existential threat to the nation’s core constitutional and public safety interests in the way that state legislatures/officials overriding elections is.
