@OrinKerr I can’t say I listened to every minute of their confirmation hearings, but I can’t recall much substantive discussion with Kavanaugh, Barrett, or Gorsuch that wasn’t about abortion, save for the bit where Kavanaugh made comments showing himself unsuitable for public service.On twitter.com

@OrinKerr Honest question: is there even a point of disagreement on this? From the President who appointed them to every single Senator who voted for them, the abortion vote was the explicit and public justification. It won an election.Permalink On twitter.com
