@OrinKerr I can't help but wonder if this is because in the modern era, we've gotten quite a cramped notion of legal ethics (don't steal the client's money, and precious little else) that allows everything from race-crusading DA's to whatever it is Larry Klayman is.Permalink On twitter.com
