They have no incentive to do anything but obstruct, since giving Biden even one vote would hurt them at the midterms, where base turnout is king.On twitter.com

@GilleyBraggcjoy @DavidAFrench Worse, this would force Biden to govern much as Trump did, cementing our government as one of executive decree and unilateral borderline-legal actions that fly in the face of the legislature and its powers over funds and policy.
