  1. I was thinking about the politics of Coronavirus and who's getting sick - from the super-spreader Trump events to the behavior of the Gohmert office. And I realized - if Coronavirus were an anthropomorphized voter voting in its best interests, it would be voting Republican.

      Cynics had envisioned a Republican party that had no platform or policies but power and vengeance. And one that would undermine democracy if it didn't suit their ideology. But what about a party that is actively pro-Coronavirus as a performative point - to "own the libs?"
