    @jbarro DiBlasio is remarkable that way. A rigid ideologue in a more-or-less liberal city, he’s failed to accomplish even the most rudimentary goals of his political allies, while managing to get completely cowed by police unions who opposed him politically from day 1. He’s a joke.

      @jbarro This is also our periodic reminder that the only thing more racist, regressive, corrupt, and incompetent than the Trump administration is the police unions from our large cities. Cowed politicians like DiBlasio can’t blow their nose without the PBA nod.
