@BenFlowersOH @HarvardJLPP SCOTUS is deemed corrupt because of facts in the world. They’re losing legitimacy because they stopped offering legal reasons for obvious political moves. But this article is nuts not because of any of that, but b/c it’s wildly, epistemically, completely wrong, as an argument.
