@MattGlassman312 Is it clear what work the ethics standards would do? Certainly, the rules regarding their disclosures have no teeth. So I guess it would have to carry criminal penalties? But what DOJ would even think of enforcing such a thing? And even if arrested, the person is still a justice.Permalink On twitter.com

@MattGlassman312 It seems to me that Congress can either have credible votes to remove justices (never going to happen) or get simple majorities to check the court and its operations in a variety of ways. Anything else seems a waste of paper.On twitter.com
