@OrinKerr This article works only if one chooses to ignore the rich judicial history of Judge Kacsmaryk, whose name is oddly absent. Kacsmaryk’s record on issues of standing, the APA, and outright animus is…poor. The only good news seems to be his bizarre rulings tend to be overturned.
