@cjones47 @prchovanec I’d favor strong gate/fare systems to prevent that, but I’m always mindful of a libertarian critique of law that goes “don’t pass a law you’re not willing to have the state kill someone over.” We need public order, but that’s downstream from incentives, civics, and culture.
