@nick_sibilla @IJ @Forbes Judge Calabresi is lucky he’s in dissent, or he’d trigger that special alarm at the Supreme Court that goes off anytime a police officer anywhere might be held acountable for illegal conduct, causing the court that totally doesn’t do “error correction” to immediately jump in.
