  1. Is there anyone who thinks that the open-format store system companies like Verizon/AT&T/TD Bank are pushing is good? Every time I encounter this format, it’s hiding the fact that there’s 1-2 overwhelmed employees servicing a bunch of folks milling around, and it takes ages.
