@saletan @JoshuaMZeitz It’s just unclear how long Democrats can go on upholding institutions, laws, and norms that their opposition simply has no interest in. Here, I’m thinking of how Democratic judges have actively thwarted their moves (as is lawful), while GOP judges will do anything to comply.Permalink On twitter.com
