@harrylitman @NormOrnstein They will, but like the judges doing the early cases on abortion, Cannon knows there’s at least a good chance she has the votes on the 11th Circuit and SCOTUS to change the law on all of this to favor her patron, who spent a lot of effort getting this case to her.
