@AdamSerwer @Popehat Just as “conservative” jurisprudence said it would, “leaving it to the states” will end any federal issues, and there definitively won’t be 30 years of divisive complicated litigation ahead. …assuming SCOTUS doesn’t straight-up legislate a ban via the cases we know are coming.
