@LeahLitman @AnthonyMKreis @kateashaw1 @cshaplaw @PostOpinions Maybe I’m out on a limb here, but it seems to me that such a ruling would represent a contradiction in our system of laws so severe that our system would be unable to recover from its long-term consequences, let alone the immediate cataclysm it would bring about.
