@ElieNYC @TheRickWilson @danielsgoldman It’s worth noting that quite a few Trump judges, and most relevantly Neomi Rao in the DC Circuit, openly reject the concept of Congress having a subpoena power at all. If Congress doesn’t check the other branches soon, it will cease to exist as a politically relevant entity.
