@PemHutchinson @glgerstle @KevinMKruse Absolutely. I don’t mean to suggest that the Court’s increasingly lawless uses of its power exist in a vacuum. Congress, with lots of help from the other two branches, has rendered itself a weak and unequal branch, barely able to keep the lights on. That won’t change soon.
