@wolmanj @greg_doucette No idea if the judge does or doesn’t have this latitude legally, but in concert with a dozen or so other really inexplicable goings-on, it’s impossible to maintain the appearance of impartiality, if not the substance.The public will not have faith in the result, with good reason.
