@MatthewSchafer This doesn’t count, but for those not familiar, Westchester is just the sort of place with just the sort of judges you’d seek to get a plainly lawless result such as this proceeding seeks. There may not be 5 votes on SCOTUS for Sullivan anymore, but this lunacy would never fly.
