@NGrossman81 But it seems to me that the Republican Party (and crucially, its lawyers) has abandoned even the pretense of loyalty to law or country. With 3 of the Bush v. Gore lawyers sitting on our apex court, any coup short of the insane and incompetent 2020 one is likely to be ratified.On twitter.com

@NGrossman81 So there seem to be 2 paths: harsh consequences for the traitors or plugging all possible exploitable loopholes or weaknesses in the laws governing areas where a Constitutional crisis might arise. Both appear closed at present.Permalink On twitter.com
