@NGrossman81 I’m shocked that he’s not being substantively pressed on the obligation in law the DOJ has to being the citation to a grand jury. Does he think that’s unconstitutional? Should it be him who makes that call? This seems a gaping hole in any Congressional role as a coequal branch.On twitter.com
