@RadioFreeTom @joshtpm Given that SCOTUS only granted cert in Dobbs to the core constitutional questions, and not other lesser ones, the outcome seems obvious. What would be the point of Congress passing a law of the sort that the court blatantly plans to declare unconstitutional in the autumn?
