@KennethSGeller @steve_vladeck Unironically, this isn’t far off if the lawless Texas chicanery stands. After asserting the state’s ownership of women’s bodies, voting seems the next frontier for this madness. I think courts will steer away from this current species of madness, but the damage will be done.
