@RadioFreeTom I think your confidence, as mine, was based on the idea of laws that wouldn’t implicitly shred the judicial process. Coupled with open partisans in the appellate courts who got the excuse they needed, we’re set up for a raft of insane laws with this mechanism, with dire results.
