      @NGrossman81 Is it clear that there’s federal legislative power that would durably counteract state laws here? States have significant authority in health matters, so it seems like any such Congressional enactment would have to invoke the Constitution. At which point we’re back to square 1.

    @NGrossman81 The Trump Court can’t even manage to observe the former judicial niceties of not ruling for your donors (Kavanaugh in AFP), avoiding factual lies and bigotry in your decisions (Gorsuch in Bucklew), or making momentous Constitional decisions in unsigned one-liners (COVID cases).
