@danepps This seems ideal for them. The lower courts take the heat, and they can plausibly argue procedural complications. The commentariat wears itself out with end of Roe stories by the next news cycle, and next term SCOTUS abrogates Roe/Casey explicitly and it goes on page 8.On twitter.com
