@ScottGreenfield It’s a decent gamble that with state officials openly campaigning on not certifying any Dem victory, and 3 of the Bush v Gore political operatives on SCOTUS, federal bureaucrats are the least likely to crash out our democracy in 3 years. Not a great gamble, but it’s all there is.
