      @JonahDispatch Worth noting: Circuit courts disagreed on the law giving the CDC wide powers, and SCOTUS was never briefed (the unsigned majority lie on this point), nor did it issue anything one could call an opinion. Policy, good or bad, that can’t go in Reconciliation can’t pass.
