@BarbMcQuade I can’t imagine that happening, if only because it’s gospel in the Reaganite DOJ career ranks that the Presidency is an elected monarchy, with no practical limits on its power. Meanwhile, they undermine Congress as a functional branch and lateral into the judiciary en masse.
