In the end, what finally broke me was AFP. I can see the subtlety of judges have jurisprudential commitments that align with politicians’ outcomes. But I can’t accept the brazen corruption I saw in AFP. A few nice Biden picks cannot undo this fundamental break with our system. @augustf/1410610353679986696
