@Ugarles The subway is great, but expanding and maintaining it has become impossible, or at least very poor value for money, in large part due to cost disease and runaway bureaucracy. Global cities with better salaries and labor protections pay far less. Until that’s fixed, we’re stuck.Permalink On twitter.com
