@EricBoehlert Congress is also a shadow of its former self. It has effectively lost control of the purse, doesn’t/can’t enforce its own subpoenas (with at least one judge saying it doesn’t even have subpoena power), and has made a joke of oversight. It’s very close to failing entirely.
