@BennyNgalim @OrinKerr Maybe it’s the times, the atmospherics, or the ripping off of the genteel masks, but I do see the appointments of Kavanaugh and Barrett as outside the small-c constitutional order. As a citizen, that was an inflection point for my support for the Court as it stands now.
