@OrinKerr That’s a good point. I suppose I was a Pollyanna about the Roberts, Kagan, and Breyer nominations in the sense I assumed they were about a variety of issues. Certainly, I think they’re more skilled and principled jurists than Kavanaugh or Barrett, for whatever that’s worth.
