    @jdickerson @RadioFreeTom I think it’s because neither Trump nor the cult he spawned are political in nature. It’s all about attention-seeking performative grievance. To the extent there is any platform, it’s a protectionist xenophobic 1970s Democratic liberal platform, with a side of open criminality.
