@SeanTrende Look, it isn’t Christian nationalism come home to roost, but there’s no reading of this in light of Dunn v Ray and Trump v Hawaii that isn’t an utter embarrassment to the Court as an institution. It’s a rushed and in-artful opinion that breaks with their so-called precedent.
