  1. If you ever have the misfortune of calling @SamsungSupport, and are asked what music you want to hear, *DO NOT* choose silence. What you'll get is a shrill voice saying "Stay on the line, we'll be with you..." ad infinitum - 3 hours for me so far, 2 days in a row.
