@AviWoolf @NGrossman81 That only works out if the string of SCOTUS “free exercise” cases comes to an abrupt jurisprudential stop. It’s been clear for awhile now that a Thomas-aligned majority would nullify a variety of new legislatively-created rights with the logic they’ve been building up.
