  1. Was deeply disappointed to find out that @AmericanExpress doesn't stand behind its customers for COVID-19 travel disputes, and instead has a policy for cooperation with corps like @CruiseNorwegian that violate their own policies, with the effect being scammed customers. Shame!

      For those who got (or didn't get) a letter like this from NCL some months back, and ended up in the @AmericanExpress "donut-hole" of not being able to get an NCL refund, and not being able to prevail in a dispute either, get in touch.
