@NYCComptroller @DrRJKavanagh @NYCMayor I imagine the constant veiled death threats from SBA/PBA have done wonders for keeping the mayor quiet, figuring if the NYPD could work itself into a race riot under Giuliani, he’d have a bad time. A logical consequence of 0 civilian control of a force with 0 accountability.
