@AshaRangappa_ I suspect it’s about 2 years too late to be worrying about what the law itself says. Through our treacherous legislators and cowardly courts, we’ve acquiesced in the idea that the laws are only operative at the executive branch’s pleasure. I hope that joy ride was worth it.
