@CBS6Greg @Eat_Your_Crooks Prosecutors’ preferred outcome would be to remand everyone. But that would result in a lot of middle class folks’ lives being destroyed. Instead, they’ve abused bail to force plea bargains from the poor under threat of indefinite jail. This was never equal justice under law.On twitter.com
