As incident after incident and report after report tell (and no Commissioner denies), “testilying,” bogus warrants, witness intimidation, evidence tampering, etc are SOP with any cop working the street.Permalink On twitter.com

But the mix of multi-billion-dollar racist police unions with the legions of lawyers and political offices they can buy, has been a toxic brew.Permalink On twitter.com
