As incident after incident and report after report tell (and no Commissioner denies), “testilying,” bogus warrants, witness intimidation, evidence tampering, etc are SOP with any cop working the street.

      @AbasiSteele @Mimirocah1 New York tends to get a pass because there are states with worse crime (Illinois) and ones with worse official corruption (Louisiana). But the mix of multi-billion-dollar racist police unions with the legions of lawyers and political offices they can buy, has been a toxic brew.

    @AbasiSteele @Mimirocah1 A quick preview of the sort of morally bankrupt and civically corrupt arguments police unions can purchase from their crooked lawyers -- lawyers that should represent "the people."
