@JenGRodgers @KevinMKruse For all the talk of “stays aren’t destiny,” the fact is the courts have already handed Trump near-total victory by bowing to dilatory tactics. If future Presidents are less empowered, well, Trump and his people always meant to burn everything down on the way out anyway.
