@davidminpdx I’m quite sure we’ve now, particularly at the federal level, hackneyed the term “violent felony” to death. It may or may not include DUI, purse-snatching, pickpocketing, extortion, and a host of other things. Just more of the usual #legalNihilism from prosecutors.
