@MichaelBloch15 The discovery reform process has proved revealing. DA’s who claimed they were turning over information in “good faith” (a phrase not in their lexicon) now claim that complying with their long-standing (but unenforceable) obligations is too hard or a bad idea. Utterly lawless.
