@jbenmenachem @moderncourts Well police are no longer on the hook when they make manifest errors of law (Heien v. North Carolina). Everyone gets a mulligan except the poor saps caught up in a system of “justice” now so comically owned and gamed by the prosecution that’s it’s not even worthy of the name.
