@theappeal .@ethanbrown72 Would be interested to see more on youth detention/abuse in New York. Having seen things like the deplorable conditions the Times covered years ago (nytimes.com/2010/02/14/nyregion/14juvenile.html),and knowing the state of “due process” these kids get, I don’t read nearly enough about it.
